Partnership with Impact Chemistry

We are excited to announce a new partnership between VoltaMat Advanced Technologies Inc. and Impact Chemistry!

Following a recent visit by our CEO to Impact Chemistry’s laboratories, we recognize the opportunity to leverage their capabilities to expand our R&D efforts in graphitization technologies and scaling up sustainable material solutions.

To formalize this collaboration, we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating innovation in synthesizing battery-grade synthetic graphite for EVs. This is another big step towards expanding our R&D to validate our process and product.

We look forward to working closely with the Impact Chemistry team to push the boundaries of clean and efficient process development.
